SHIPPING POLICY

​​RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY​

 

  • Customer can exchange the order within 3 days from the date of delivery. Only in case of sizing issue, The customer has to inform us within 6 hours that there is a sizing issue.

  • Standard delivery takes 3-6 days usually.Delays in the delivery may occur in peak season. If the delivery takes more than 15 -18 days, we will create another shipment again,

  • Keeping the strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns / replacement if the product is found worn.

  • We reserve the right not to accept return of products which
    (i) we believe are being returned after use, washed or soiled or
    (ii) are damaged (except where the return is on account of damaged goods having been delivered to you).

  • We will not arrange the reverse pickup of products in case of sizing issue. The customer has to deliver it to us and bear one side delivery charges.

  • If you have received a defective product, send us images at our instagram portal and we will get back to you, Once confirmed by the Customer Experience Team.

  • Once confirmed by our customer experience team, we will arrange the reverse pickup Product/s within 7 days of receiving the request.

  • Please ensure while returning the product the packaging is intact the way it was delivered.

  • As we do not have our own delivery service we rely on delivery partners like BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, etc so delays may occur
    In case of an exchange; the delivery partner charges us for reverse pickup from the customer location and then additional delivery charges for delivering new product again to the customer location, As these charges are two-way; we request our customers to pay for one way charge i.e ₹100 (Which will be credited back to the customer’s store wallet after product quality check is completed).

  • Please keep in mind that any of the above steps for solution of any defect/return/sizing cases will only be kept under consideration after we inspect the product. Our team will ask the customer for return of the product in any defect/return/sizing cases .If the customer fails to send it to us/denies sending the product within 7 days of receiving the product, no more action will be taken and the product will be considered sold in the very condition. As a growing brand have a strict no-refund policy(refunds only initiated if the problem is unavoidable or not solvable to us).Refunds will not be tolerated in any scenario.

  • Any goods or products sold in the period of off sale are not subject to return or exchanges. please refer to the sizing info correctly before purchasing , if any doubts drop us a text or email before purchasing the product.

  • Damages to the product if done in transit by delivery company would not be liable BAESICK.CO .We will compensate you with the best amount we can on our behalf if the damage seems suitable to us.

  • In case of non-acceptance by the customer, We are entitled to charge delivery fees as per the order/delivery value.
